BPS Halloween School Disco!  October 19th 2023. 

Join us for a spooky Halloween Disco before we break for half term!  Halloween fancy dress is encouraged but not mandatory!

Second session (Years 4, 5 & 6) from 16:45 until 17:45

£2 per child

This group of children will be able to purchase drinks, crisps, and sweets at the disco tuck shop (CASH ONLY) - see poster below for details and prices of what's on offer in the Tuck Shop.

Entry to the disco will be through your child's regular classroom door from 4:45pm

Each classroom will have a designated teacher with a list of children who are booked to attend.  Please be aware that we cannot admit children into the building until 4:45pm - ensure they are dressed appropriately for the weather.

Collection time will be from 5:45pm from outside their normal classrooms.  

Please note: the school policy for mobile phones will be enforced; all handsets must be handed in to teachers at the start of the event and will be held securely until they are returned at the end.   Children are strongly advised to leave them at home.   

1 ticket required per child; please purchase tickets in advance of the day of the disco as sales will close at 10pm on Weds 18th October; children without a ticket will not be able to attend.

Please advise of any allergies and medical conditions when booking, along with the child's class name.

Please ensure you book tickets for the correct session / age group for your child; children must only attend their allocated session.

Adults are not required at this event, teachers will be supervising
