BPS Halloween Disco! Wednesday October 23rd 2024
Join us for a spooky Halloween Disco before we break for half term. Halloween fancy dress is encouraged but not mandatory!
Second session (Years 3,4,5,6) from 16:20 until 17:20
£2 per child
This group of children will be able to purchase drinks, crisps, and sweets at the disco tuck shop (CASH ONLY) - see poster on our social media pages in the lead up to the event for details and prices of what's on offer in the Tuck Shop.
Entry to the disco will be through your child's regular classroom door from 4:20pm
Each classroom will have a designated teacher with a list of children who are booked to attend. Please be aware that we cannot admit children into the building until 4:20pm - ensure they are dressed appropriately for the weather.
Collection time will be from 5:20pm from outside normal classrooms.
Please note: the school policy for mobile phones will be enforced; all handsets must be handed in to teachers at the start of the event and will be held securely until returned at the end. Children are strongly advised to leave them at home.
1 ticket required per child; please purchase tickets in advance of the day of the disco as sales will close at 10pm on Tues 22nd October; children without a ticket will not be able to attend.
Please advise of any allergies and medical conditions when booking, along with the child's class name.
Year 3 / 4 children have the option of attending either the first session straight after school with Years 1 and 2, or the second session with Years 5 and 6. This booking is for the SECOND SESSION with years 5 and 6; once you have booked we ask that you ensure your child goes to the session that they have been booked for please or they may be refused entry since their name wont be on the attendance list. Year 3 & 4 children must only attend one disco session, not both.

Adults are not required at this event, teachers will be supervising
