BPS HALLOWEEN DISCO: SECOND SESSION, Years 4,5,6 only

Join us for the first Disco of the school year: Halloween!
Second session (Years 4,5,6) from 16:30 until 17:30
£3 per child
This group of children will be able to purchase drinks, crisps, and sweets at the disco tuck shop (CASH ONLY) - see poster on our social media pages in the lead up to the event for details and prices of what's on offer in the Tuck Shop.
Entry to the disco will be through your child's regular classroom door from 4:30pm
Each classroom will have a designated teacher with a list of children who are booked to attend. Please be aware that we cannot admit children into the building until 4:30pm - ensure they are dressed appropriately for the weather.
Collection time will be from 5:30pm from outside normal classrooms.
Please note: the school policy for mobile phones will be enforced; all handsets must be handed in to teachers at the start of the event and will be held securely until returned at the end. Children are strongly advised to leave them at home.
1 ticket required per child; please purchase tickets in advance of the day of the disco as sales will close at 10pm on Weds 22nd October; children without a ticket will not be able to attend. We CANNOT admit children who just turn up without a ticket and cash payment due to the planning that needs to take place for this event and the need for emergency contact/allergen information to keep everyone safe.
Please advise of any allergies and medical conditions when booking, along with the child's class name.

This booking is for the SECOND SESSION with years 4, 5 and 6; we ask that you book for your child to go to the session for their age group please or they may be refused entry since their name wont be on the attendance list.
Adults are not required at this event, teachers will be supervising
